does not believe in industrial mass production
driven by purely economic and commercial logic,
but produces only the best quality fresh
starters from every interesting strain.
For this reason we don’t carry out our
production with all the steps that cause cells
"stress" and decrease the viability (dehydration
and rehydration). In this way it is possible to
grow and reproduce any interesting strain for
your winemaking!
