produces freeze-dryed bacteria for
malolactic fermentation (O. oeni) or vinegars
production (A. aceti). The storage of the
product is in a freezer at -18°C. Isolation,
reproduction and concentration technology follow
very high standard of sterility, this ensures
the purity of the strain.

Freeze-dryed Bacteria are sealed in single doses
for different wine volumes i.e. 50-100-250 Hl
(1000-2000-5500 gal).
This form allows a simple and precise use in all
operations of inoculation. It is enough to open
the envelope and put the contents in the wine
mass.
Shipping and transport occur in thermally
insulated and refrigerated boxes until delivered
to the customer where the product arrives in
perfect condition. From this moment is important
to properly store the product in a freezer.
